Video Tutorials |
|
In addition to the Online Help (below), we have also created more than 60 short 3-4 minute video tips to help you get the most out of FirstClass. Check out the Video Tutorials section of our web site. All videos are hosted on YouTube, but FirstClass Administrators are welcome to log in to FirstClass Online to download and host these videos locally on their own FirstClass servers.

FirstClass Client
|
From the Help Menu inside the Client, select Contents to view a wide range of topics from the Client Help Folder. At any point you can also choose Help from the Help menu or click on the button and get context sensitive help.

The Web Interface
|
The Web interface offers a full range of assistance when you click on the Help Button on the toolbar.

|
FirstClass Communities
|
The FirstClass Communities interface has a wide range of annotated help and videos. These are available from the Help action item in the top right menu.

|
Mobile Devices
|
Each mobile device has its own set of help files as well. Look for the recognizable help icon on the home screen or within the application once logged in.
